      Pros

      The entire team has been incredibly helpful and professional from day one. My recruiter was one of my biggest support systems throughout the hiring process—very responsive, transparent, and always willing to help. After joining, my team made onboarding smooth and helped me get up to speed quickly. The overall environment is friendly, collaborative, and full of people who genuinely want you to succeed. It’s a great place to learn, grow, and feel supported.

      Cons

      The interview process was quite long. While it was thorough and well-structured, shortening it a bit could make the experience even better for future candidates.

      Overall great place to work!!

      Pros

      Overall compensation package is market competitive. One of my favorite parts being the very low cost for health care being pennies in comparison to others. Bonuses, employee stock purchase, and cash LTI are all things that have been particularly appealing to me. Our overall strategy as a company and consistent year over year performance makes me feel proud to work for a company that is forward thinking and making a positive mark on the industry. The possibility for professional growth is constant and career advancement very realistic. Lastly, we are currently still on a hybrid WFH schedule which is why I've rated work/life balance so high.

      Cons

      No company is perfect and like most enhancing communication across various business partners would be the one thing I'd call out. However, communication within SoFi is still at minimum 2-3 times better than the last company I worked for which was one of the top 5 banks.
