      Pros

      Sofi is a company of its own. There is no other that can compare! Working with wonderful people makes working so much easier. There is a welcoming feel to the company and you can feel that people care about the job and the others, working together to hit our goals. The fact that we know what it is we need to do and how to get it done, makes waking up in the morning easy! The fact that we promote within is amazing, I now have something I can work toward, and making this my Career.

      Cons

      Trying to get everything we need done, so many aspects of our job, sometimes it is hard to keep up. As we hire more we gain more applicants! Its amazing to see, but hard to keep up.

      Pros

      SoFi is a company filled with very smart people who are united and motivated by a mission to save people money and help them get ahead in career and life. The financial services marketplace is in the midst of a paradigm shift and SoFi is one of the biggest players responsible for this sea of change. SoFi is an exciting, invigorating, fun place to work. It's a fast-paced and entrepreneurial work environment and requires that you be a self-starter who is willing to work hard and smart, put in long hours, and be self-directed. There is upside in the earnings potential and this is highly motivating. If you think it's important to feel connected to your workplace through meaningful work and the belief that your company is moving in the right direction, then SoFi is the place for you.

      Cons

      Given the fast growth of the company, the on-boarding process needs to be improved and I know this will happen over time.

      Pros

      Very fast paced culture. Numbers driven. Transparent goals - we either hit our loan numbers and get paid each quarter, or we don't. Good ownership - I know of at least 10 people that have made 7-figures on their equity. If you are good and deliver here, you will do well. SoFi is the best in the business, and totally killing it right now.

      Cons

      If you want work-life balance and consider being a good corporate citizen reason enough to get a big bonus, you will be disappointed.
