      Pros

      -A true entrepreneurial environment. Management gives employees the freedom to run with fresh ideas. -Management is extremely accessible. The CEO and CFO will respond to communications and suggestions from all employees regardless of rank, age, etc. -Free lunch and Free Gym. -Exciting place to work given the companies willingness to try new initiatives. -Diverse set of employees form multiple backgrounds. -A great place to start a career given the opportunity.

      Cons

      For myself SoFi has been a great cultural match. With that said given the fast paced nature of the business I would not suggest this for employees that are rigid in nature.

      Pros

      Brilliant team Mike Cagney is a genius CEO who is one-of-a-kind Gorgeous location in the Presidio Totally disrupting an industry that needs change, and SoFi is leading the pack They are the millennial's banking solution to such an archaic old school industry; Anyone who works here can have a voice.

      Cons

      Not enough hours in the day to get everything needed that needs to happen to keep up with the growing demands of a company truly on a rocket ship.

      Pros

      Excellent pay and benefits! Free food! Very casual environment and excellent co-workers. The company has a lot of great potential especially for those who want to get in with a late stage start up and grow with the business professionally.

      Cons

      A very young, late stage start up with all of the growing pains that go along with it. Changes often occur without notice and the left hand often doesn't know what the right hand is dojng.
