      Pros

      Friendly coworkers, great benefits, and a very cool, laid-back work environment make SoFi's Helena office an outstanding place to work. The onboarding process brings new employees up to speed quickly, and the senior engineering staff is always willing to answer questions. Furthermore, SoFi uses up-to-date technologies - you'll definitely learn something new.

      Cons

      The workplace can be a little bit too "fun" at times. Some of the engineers play guitar during lunch, some of them shoot each other with nerf guns. Combined with the open floorplan, that can be distracting. Instead of office chair, package contained bobcat.

      - Great work environment - Perks are awesome - Lots of opportunity to advance and learn from some of the smartest people in the field - Company genuinely cares about its employees - Most satisfying and challenging job I've ever had

      Pros

      SoFi is a great place to work. It is a fast moving company always willing to try new things. The office is fun and always light hearted. You get to work with some really smart people and are given the chance to learn new technologies.

      Cons

      Project designs tend to change during the corse of development which make it hard to meet the deadline some times.
