      Pros

      Lots of talented and easy to work with people. Lots of opportunity to learn. Workers want to constantly improve themselves and products. Lots of work to keep busy, stay challenged and interested.

      Cons

      Expected to work hard. Change is constant which can be positive or negative depending on personality (I like it).

      SoFi is innovating the way finance is done - the executives have a clear vision of where they want to take the company, and continue to keep everyone in the company engaged and excited about it.

      Cons

      No clear metrics for performance evaluations and career progress - without a real process in place for managing them, I've seen some favoritism and non-objective decision making.

      paid lunch but nothing much else really.

      Cons

      beware.management biased especially since spouses run the company.Understand its expected in a start up but not when decisions made are not fair and very whimsical.will sell a bunch of lies.
