Pros

You are surrounded by a lot of smart people. Most of the people in the engineering staff are very helpful, friendly and welcoming to new hires.

Cons

There was a leadership crisis. Most team leads are not qualified to lead. There is no clear communication between leader and follower. Most managers don't know how to manage.

Such a fun place to work! Challenging, no BS, great company all around. I love it here, after coming from 3 years at a very large company.

Cons

It's still a young company without as many processes that have to be followed, which can lead to a bit more confusion at times, but so worth it most of the time!
