Incredible Company, Moves Fast

Hiring Process took about 2 weeks from initial email form the recruiter (shoutout Chance!) to receiving the offer from the company. Very competitive total compensation Despite being almost a 15-year old company, SoFi moves incredibly quick to release products to market, and it makes the environment really exciting for a developer.

Cons

No signing bonus (but makes up in the total compensation) and small 401k match.

Great Engineering Culture, Decent Benefits

- Working on interesting projects. Modern codebase. Not a lot of legacy code. - Coworkers are very nice and helpful - Unlimited PTO - WFH with one day in office

Cons

- Can feel like a startup depending on the team - No 401K matching - Benefits are all right
