Nothing to do for junior employees despite senior employees having plenty of tasking

Lots of free food. Cool and intelligent people

Cons

Nobody cares if you have work and will tell you that there's nothing to do, despite everyone on salary having tasking. They really need to work on delegating tasks to junior employees.
