There are really great people, innovative scientists and engineers, great support staff, and a mind towards growth. The technology being created at SoarTech is unique and fun. I recently witnessed the Code Orlando Camp at SoarTech, and was really excited to see how excited the children were with what we are doing, an how much fun they had. It is a growing company and there are a lot of opportunities.

Cons

Probably just like all companies, COVID has had an impact. People have worked from home more now than previously. Can't wait until everyone comes back to the office more.
