Management was very demeaning to employees - referred to an entire team as "failed programers" and described employees work as "something a monkey can do" Have heard the CEO screaming at employees through closed conference room doors Management doesn't care about employees or clients Over promises and under delivers to employees and clients CEO micromanages everyone and everything Sketchy practices - on salary but takes pay off for partial day No one leaves on good terms - when employee quit management tells the office that they were fired/let go CEO held a meeting to beg & intimidate employes to post positive reviews Low company moral High turn over rate Poor training

Good office energy, lots of room for growth and future looks bright. Employees are bright and passionate - and if you like a startup environment where you will learn and be challenged, this is a great place to work.

Cons

If you are used to working in am enterprise organization where roles/responsibilities are set in stone it's probably not the place for you.
