Short-Lived Employment Due To Lack of Proper Management

- Bonded with like-minded employees

Cons

- Derogatory terms were used to single out women in the office - "Company Culture" perks are a sham, never follow threw - CEO micromanages the tasks of every employee (only a company of 20 people NOT 50+) - No training, no promotions

As of now, I have not come across any...we work hard as a team, and are rewarded in every step for our hard work. I can say, I have a happy team, where the youngest member has a tenure of 10 months (+) and the oldest member has a tenure of 30 months (+).

Pros

Exposure to multiple technologies hence learning is good. Responsibilities are broad. Lots of good folks at the ground and higher level. And let me tell you our CEO is the most humble, Charismatic & down to earth person I have ever met and his work is my biggest motivation. I'll mention his name in my speech when I'll be rich and famous.
