Pros

Rarely you can see a company who offers fair chance to people that need a second chance in life. The company culture and core values are great! Team members are fun to work with as well. I have worked with them for 5 months in 2022, took a short break to pursue my studies, and returned in 2023 because I really love working with the company.

Cons

I haven't seen any problems or issues with me working in the company.

Pros

They are all about sustainability and providing products that don't end up polluting landfills. They want to help reduce carbon footprint. They give back to their community and hire at risk adults.

Cons

No work life balance. You are going to work long hours to get the job done ( no 40 hr work week here). Little resources so you have to do it all... customer service, account management, merchandising, and data entry. They do have a graphics team though that is great. Lots of micromanaging going on from management and supervisor.
