"A Toxic and Problematic Work Setting"

Pros

There really are no pros. A lot of the good reviews are left by management or HR.

Cons

very toxic work culture, sexist and even racist at times. zero career opportunities, and therefore very high turnover rate. The management is stuck in the 50s. No one has a clue what they are doing here even if they claim they have years of experience.

Pros

I started working here in the beginning of 2020 and loved it there. I loved the layout of the office, everyone I worked with and of course the dogs (they make it impossible for anyone to be overstressed!). When I first came the training was a little bit slow but with reason since the company was going through major changes. We were called to a company wide meeting to go over all of the changes that were to go in effect to make sure no one is in the dark and everyone is informed. They were great changes too! Unfortunately, I was eventually laid-off when the SIP started but the CEO calls to check on me and update me on how things are moving along since they intend to bring me back. I really appreciate the transparency and extra attention!

Cons

From the short time I am there I did notice conflict between a couple of departments but nothing that does not get fixed.
