Pros

Benefits, stability, remote work, alternative work schedules, and great work/life balance.

Cons

Each ALJ has their own particular writing style, so once you have a decent template, it will get easier.

Pros

The pay is good and benefits are still good. Although recent changes are making me rethink that.

Cons

Speaking with the public is always challenging. It’s hard sometimes to stay motivated.
