Pros

Socio has truly become my second family quite fast. The company culture is amazing, everyone is so friendly and always willing to help each other - the people are the most valuable aspect for the management as well. Salary and other benefits are great! Spoiler, you will get random surprise gift box deliveries within the year. From mid-managers to department heads, everyone is encouraging and helping you to grow in your role, as long as you do your job well. The company itself is a huge success story, and I'm very proud to be a part of this.

Cons

Since the event industry has a certain high season, that season gets a little bit busy for us but handling it easy with your awesome teammates.
