      Pros

      Their name has recognition and they're well known in the industry. Flexible remote working is also a plus

      Cons

      The environment is a toxic landfill. Leadership micromanages and the CEO only wants "yes men" to work for him. The only reason the company is on so many of those "great places to work" lists is because the CEO is well connected and either networked his way onto them, or bought a spot on them. You're expected to answer emails and messages at all hours, and to shift your projects on a moment's notice just because the CEO feels like he wants to do something else. High performers burn out quickly, and most of them leave for better jobs in a short time

      Fast moving! Good culture. Nowhere to hide for people that can’t perform at the levels expected! Good pay, bonus. No politics!

      Level of detail and pace is sometimes hard! But that’s life!
