Forward looking company on all fronts, tech stack, Gen AI, Growth outlook. Have been here for over 3 years and the flexibility and freedom to move the company and product forward has always been in my control

Cons

Change in priorities can cause fatigue, but no complaints - this has been the case in previous startups I worked at - As long as I understand the intent.

The tech stack is incredibly large. There's plenty of opportunity to learn and grow as an engineer if you are inquisitive and open to challenges. The company trusts its employees to deliver results, which fosters a culture of mutual respect and accountability. Working remotely is a game-changer. This has allowed me to maintain a good work-life balance. Socure has great tooling to ensure remote workers have the best communication and setup possible.

Cons

It's difficult to balance tech debt with new features.
