      Great products, great customers and a really smart team with a culture of collaboration, ongoing learning and unlimited potential. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity and an exciting place to be.

      Cons

      The excitement of a start up isn't for everyone as with any new company it demands a lot of you and as we grow quickly processes also need to adapt and change.

      Pros

      Remote, but you will work nights and weekends. Clear comp plan.

      Cons

      Leadership will treat you like you’re in boot camp. The vibes are just awful. They leave the successful people alone and publicly humiliate those who aren’t hitting KPI’s. The no excuses attitude only works if they’re willing to invest in their employees, instead the CEO and CRO are jetting around the world while you’re bracing yourself for his next new initiative that you must drop everything for. Everyone feels the pain from mismanagement and it’s a game of hot potato to avoid the blame.

      Opportunity to work outside of silos and develop a variety of skills. Decent salary and benefits. Fully remote work.

      Cons

      Lots of turnover and layoffs. Minimal opportunity for advancement to leadership. Poor communication and support.
