      Unlimited PTO, company pays for your continued education.

      Cons

      Cold work environment. Everyone is a machine racing toward a number. CEO has no real idea of what culture means, besides “professional development” and “giving everyone a voice” but those things don’t benefit the people, they benefit the company.

      I have worked in a number of fast-paced work environments, but this tops them all. I am surrounded by wicked smart people committed to doing their best work. I'm held to extremely high standards, but I'm also given the tools I need to succeed. My boss is personally invested in my success and has repeatedly said and shown that "family comes first." I have learned more here than in any other stop along my career, and am actively inviting the smartest people I know to come do big things with me here.

      Cons

      If you need consistent acknowledgement to succeed, this is likely not the best place for you. The work is very rewarding and fun, but the management also has high standards.
