      Tremendous growth potential & opportunity to shape a market

      Pros

      Many start-ups claim they have the "killer app" but few actually do. Socure has a real product that's showing tremendous benefits for customers and has the potential to shape the future of digital identity. It's not a fluff product, it's the real deal. The excitement - and stakes - are palpable.

      Cons

      Like most start-ups, Socure has its growing pains as it transitions from a scrappy team of early employees to a professional workforce. You've got to be comfortable with a company still finding its legs and willing to show initiative in your role and as an active participant in building company culture.

      High executing company with a great product, be ready to roll with punches

      Pros

      - Very much enjoyed my time at Socure - Great product suite, a true leader in the Identity & Fraud space - Very impressive level of expertise amongst the employees; company is filled with subject matter experts who care deeply about what they do - Remote culture and ultimately a decent work / life balance

      Cons

      - Unrealistically high expectations with minimal appreciation for what's been accomplished along the way - Sometimes felt like you can execute 95% of high priority tasks flawlessly, but leadership would hone in on the 5% that wasn't flawless and drill into it as an indicator of your overall work, without acknowledgement of the 95%
