      Pros

      Not sure where to start because there are too many: 1. Amazing culture 2. Highly determined individuals 3. Clear and transparent company direction 4. Competitive pay 5. Great benefits

      Cons

      This is not the place to be if you are just looking for a job to spend your 9-5 mindlessly, doing the same thing everyday. This is the place to put in the work and grow. Socure has a high standard when it comes to ensuring everyone (regardless of your department) is knowledgeable in Socure's offerings so you better bring your "A" game. I do not see any of these as cons but I can see how it may be for some.

      Pros

      1. Very receptive to new ideas and suggestions. 2. Very concerned about the environment and the impact the company has on it. 3. Great pay. 4. Freedom to grow and evolve. 5. Very dedicated to continuing education of Socure knowledge.

      Cons

      None that I can think of. We're growing too fast, more conference rooms maybe.

      Pros

      New leadership team has recently been installed and with it has come a strong sense of culture and a very promising direction for the company. Management really provides the opportunity for staff to take ownership of their roles, which affords the opportunity for serious individual growth. Standard perks of working at a startup (snacks, happy hours, team outings).

      Cons

      It's a transitionary time for the company. Like most startups, there are growing pains as you grow up :)
