      Lot of issues but it's getting better

      Pros

      The company seems to be learning from past mistakes and employee feedback. There's better communication, better processes, and clearer direction from the C Suite

      Cons

      Multiple rounds of layoffs, poor work life balance, and siloed teams. There's very high employee turnover, so people are constantly in a state of catching up, but like I said it's getting better.

      Training needs to be more interactive. If you learn by watching hour long videos, then you’ll be ok.
