      Powerful Mission: Fighting fraud and ensuring people have secure access to the digital world is incredibly meaningful, especially in today’s environment. The work truly matters. Exceptional Innovation: The pace and quality of product innovation is unlike anything I’ve seen. We are constantly evolving to stay ahead of fraudsters. Strong Company Performance: The company is doing very well and continues to grow and mature operationally. Transitioning to Maturity: We’re starting to function like a mature company, with clearer structure and processes, while still maintaining energy and ambition. Recognition for Impact: People who move the needle and drive results are recognized and valued.

      Startup Intensity: It still operates in many ways like a startup, fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous, and constantly changing. That can be energizing, but also challenging. High Expectations: You need to be an aggressive innovator who thrives in a high-performance environment. It’s not a place to coast. The environment is only for the cream of the crop. Work-Life Balance Requires Intentionality: The pace and opportunity can easily consume your time. You have to proactively protect your work-life balance.
