      Pros

      Fast moving! Good culture. Nowhere to hide for people that can’t perform at the levels expected! Good pay, bonus. No politics!

      Level of detail and pace is sometimes hard! But that’s life!

      Pros

      I've worked with some stupendous people during my time here, and my management does tend to have my interests at heart.

      Cons

      Middle management is constantly churning, and so are employees at the ground level. Knowledge is also very specialized and quality/thoroughness of transfer/onboarding is entirely dependent on the individual.

      Pros

      The economy has had it's impact, but it has not changed the culture, and this remains a great place to work. If you thrive when your work impacts people and makes a difference, if you love fighting fraud, if you have an apatite for learning and can handle technical topics, this is about a good a place as you can find.

      Cons

      You just might have to put in some extra time to ramp up. But the learning opportunities are there all you have to do is take advantage of them.
