      Pros

      This company has some of the brightest people I’ve ever worked with, and I am driven every day to perform at the highest level. My management team gives me credit for the hard-fought wins that we achieve, which inspires me to push further.

      Cons

      The workload to achieve such high performance is very challenging.

      Pros

      Throughout my tenure at Socure we've been able to confidently and empirically assert that our products are the best in the market. Being in this position opens up tremendous opportunities for sales and collaboration across a wide array of industries. It also ensures that innovation is at the forefront of conversations. I'm surrounded by great people; immensely talented folks with really unique and impressive skill sets that are eager to succeed and desire to be challenged and pushed on a daily basis. Rewards are large and future is bright.

      Cons

      The pace is fast and the desire to compete needs to be there. People here enjoy being pressed as they know it makes them stronger and ultimately the company more successful. This is not like working for a large Fortune 500 company, people are nimble, move quick, and think fast.
