      Pros

      Amazing products, flexible remote work environment and PTO policy, competitive compensation and benefits, and all employees are awarded equity. Socure has maintained strong growth despite the global market conditions and has tremendous growth potential in the critical industry of fraud prevention and mitigation. Don't believe the negative reviews - Socure's a great place to work, learn and develop.

      Cons

      Being fully remote poses its challenges, but the company is continuously seeking out ways to increase in-person interaction and maintain personal proximity. It's also in the process of maturing from start-up to more mature company which presents certain challenges, but things are moving in the right direction.
