      Pros

      In the beginning, I thought this was a caring company until I heard so many stories, both internally and externally.

      Cons

      Forget about all of the media accolades and accomplishments; this organization has the WORST executive staff in the WORLD. Everything is a hoax! The CEO is mainly concerned with his image, attempting to show off with the CRO after cashing out on shares while setting unrealistic sales expectations.

      High Performance Culture. Your impact can truly be felt. The digital world really needs Socure to be 100% accurate. Surrounded by the smartest people. Innovation and details are two hard words to couple in a high growth company. Company is breaking all sales and growth records.

      Cons

      Hard to hide and stay low key and cruise. High growth and innovation never sleeps. Very selective on who joins the team. Constantly being asked to do your best work. The training program is not easy and will teach you to hold your own with data scientists.

      Very impressive momentum so the options have real potential, fast pace environment, loads of smart people that care and are willing to help.

      Cons

      Many things are evolving fast, and some processes and tools need to be upgraded for the bigger company it is today and will be tomorrow. Truly feels like you're building the plane as you're flying.
