      Pros

      - Decent Pay in Chennai Region - Skilled friendly co workers whom we can learn a lot from. - Mac and Iphone as Standard - Fully Remote - WFH Allowances and benefits which help in upskilling ourselves - Startup Culture - ESOPs since company expected to go IPO soon

      Cons

      - No Work Life Balance - Out of the blue layoffs happened recently in US when organization was growing rapidly - Conversing in Tamil with people who can understand Tamil is considered a sin by Chennai Management. Conversing in English when some individual is unable to understand english in a meeting is fine. But I don't understand the logic of Conversing in tamil to people who know tamil.

      1. permanent WFH 2. collaborative & very friendly colleagues 3. excellent WFH benefits

      Cons

      1. no transparency in company policies 2. back to back layoffs 3. technically weak work 4. very clumsy codebase (I've worked in more than 3 companies. by far, this is the worst i've seen) 5. too much cost cutting initiatives (which affects productivity many times)
