      No work life balance and no transparency in management

      No work life balance expected to work round the clock, no compensation review or bonus for a long time; they are concerned only about the board no employee friendly policies or transparency in management

      Pros

      - Very easy going VP's, very transparent, warm, and welcoming. Not to themselves or cold like you may see at other companies. - There's a focus on continuous education where they want to make sure everyone in the company is in-the-know about product updates. Operationally, teams are also becoming more transparent about their initiatives as well which helps interactions between departments. - GREAT benefits! Home office reimbursement, annual education reimbursement, healthcare, ClassPass is offered if you want to work from a coworking space, the list goes on and on. - The people you'll work with are all on a mission to make Socure great, and even go public one day! - Work from home - Team/company wide meet-ups will start happening next year! :) So we can all meet our teammates in person! -- And the company will reimburse our traveling expenses. - There is room for GROWTH! I left my previous job because there wasn't and I'm so happy that here there is!

      Cons

      - Honestly, there are no cons I can think of. So many people are getting hired extremely quickly, practically 5-10 new people start every Monday, so I'd imagine that may be impacting the flow of some departments but in my perspective everyone is handling it with grace and everyone is in a state of bliss because people are coming in to fill rolls that they have previously been wearing a hat for to fill in in the interim. But again, no cons at all that I can think of.

      Amazing Leadership and management team. Freedom to work on your own terms.

      Pro active environment. If you want to sit and do nothing and get money, Socure ain't the place for you.
