      Pros

      The company had so much potential with previous CEO.

      Cons

      During my time here, I've seen so many changes from upper management. With multiple discrimination lawsuits, we started hiring more minorities just to fill sits. Recently, the original founder file a lawsuit against the company. We're losing so many logo while current CEO wants to run the company like an ivy league school. People below leadership teams are treated like trash.

      - Fast pace, hyper-growth tech startup environment which is really exciting - Best product in the market and huge market opportunity - Very smart, collaborative people who are bought in on the mission - Mission-based, and the company has a real impact on society - Pre-IPO so lots and lots of financial upside - Great pay and benefits - Great reimbursement program for WFH setup, really thoughtful - Lots of room for career growth

      Cons

      - none from me as this is all what I expected. It's not for everyone, that's for sure.

      Pros

      Award winning Identity Verification products, Unicorn Startup, expanding globally and doubling headcount, amazing startup culture, people focused and all remote work based. Excellent opportunity for career growth and bringing ideas. In essence you can be a part of wiping out Identity fraud and changing the world for the better.

      Cons

      Being a larger startup in series E, things still move fast and a dynamic approach to learning curve and a need for fast-paced results does exist. Still the company is focused on work life balance and putting structure in place.
