      If you are a start up person, this is a great place to work

      Pros

      Very successful start up with action every day. Excellent exposure to technologies. Opportunity to work with some of the best minds in the industry.

      Cons

      It is a start up and therefore things are highly dynamic. Expect high pace and changes that are common with successful start-ups. If you are looking for a predictable, leisurely pace of work environment, this may not be the place for you.

      Pros

      Quality people, everyone works hard, product outperforms in the market with a strong customer base.

      Cons

      CEO - he expects everyone to work 80 hrs / week. He can be abusive to people. No work life balance, as you may try to take PTO, but you will work while on PTO.

      Opportunity for growth is big here

      I think the big thing about this company right now is the lack of respect when someone tries to set boundaries. Just because we work from home does not mean I should not be expected to work 24/7. We all have families and things that are going on in our personal lives. My understanding has always been you work in return for perks and benefits including spending time with loved ones. I love WFH but if returning to an office means people will finally start to respect my out of work hours than I'd rather do that. Not everyone also get paid 6 figures to even be motivated to work at 11pm. Ridiculous. I understand that we are in a growth period and there will be hiccups but we're spending so much time being reactive instead of proactive. Unrealistic expectations are also being set.
