      Pros

      Not sure where to start because there are too many: 1. Amazing culture 2. Highly determined individuals 3. Clear and transparent company direction 4. Competitive pay 5. Great benefits

      Cons

      This is not the place to be if you are just looking for a job to spend your 9-5 mindlessly, doing the same thing everyday. This is the place to put in the work and grow. Socure has a high standard when it comes to ensuring everyone (regardless of your department) is knowledgeable in Socure's offerings so you better bring your "A" game. I do not see any of these as cons but I can see how it may be for some.

      Pros

      - Empowered to make an impact - Top quality and highly technical teams, from Product to Engineering to DS - Positive culture with transparency - Going through hyper-growth, exciting place to be and has a lot of potential - New comers always felt very welcomed and easy to fit in

      Cons

      None that I can think of, maybe some normal growing pains.
