      #1 pro is the people, really bright and hard working colleagues who are warm and friendly, people who care about your personal life in addition to being focused on work objectives -growth, both company growth and room for individual growth -transparency!!!

      Cons

      hyper growth means a fast pace, which is not for everyone, but I personally like how fast the days fly by
