      1. Very receptive to new ideas and suggestions. 2. Very concerned about the environment and the impact the company has on it. 3. Great pay. 4. Freedom to grow and evolve. 5. Very dedicated to continuing education of Socure knowledge.

      Cons

      None that I can think of. We're growing too fast, more conference rooms maybe.

      New mgmt - new positive changes

      - New management so many positive change in the past 6 months. - Great opportunity to join a team where you can take ownership of projects and make a direct impact on the business. - Flexibility and autonomy (which is great for working parents) - Intelligent team, transparent and supportive culture

      Must be proactive and hands on to work well in this environment
