Mission-driven company, coworkers who care deeply about the cause AND each other, a lot of opportunity for growth, good balance of M to F ratio

Cons

In the Bambi learning how to walk stage (not necessarily a con, just not smooth operations yet which is understandable), office location (a lot of construction in the area)

Wow, what an appropriate review title! We really appreciate you noticing the diversity among our employees and care that everyone has for each other. Luckily the construction is a thing of the past as our new location on Pier 28 gets to enjoy porpoises and boats cruising by. We hope you are enjoying the new office space!

There is definitely a lot to do and not enough time to do it all. Unfortunately climate change has been in motion since we began pumping carbon into the atmosphere so we'll have our work cut out for us. It's inspiring to see a review from someone who has been with the company for a while now and still feels so passionate about the work.

like at any start-up, there is a lot of work that needs to be done and quickly so, finding a good work-life balance can be difficult
