Pros

Great team of lovely people. Passionate and extremely clever folks to work with. Nice waterfront office. Mature technology and robust customer base. Enabling technology, truly making a difference in the understanding of the ocean.

Cons

Management out of touch with the real world. Unrealistic targets. Lack of tangible vision beyond the next quarter. Disjointed product suite (hardware vs software) competing for resources. No room for growth. High turnover of senior staff.
