Advice to new Joiner "They will give you lot of Lolipop but it will not be in Real". This is a Family company most of the Emp are relative of Top manager. They hire non-relative new people but 98% Emp never come back after work here one or two day. In short Please dont join this company even you dont have any offer Wait for some time you will definitaly get a batter job.

Cons

Please dont join this company. if you will be going there company board will not showing anywhere because its satuated at 2nd floor of showroom.Lots of politics HR is owner of politics .atleast 15 to 18 hr daily in IT field. because they give false comitment to client and give pressure to Employee for stratch even sat n sun also they want that emp will work.
