4yHi! Thank you for your honest opinion. Sometimes we need bureaucracy to keep us organized but we're trying keep things as smooth as possible. We'd highly appreciate your suggestions on how we can improve our processes to keep bureaucracy at minimum. As you've been with SoftServe for 3+ years (and that's really cool), we think that you could share lots of great insights we can implement. As you said, we provide a lot of educational and professional opportunities for our associates, and managers are not an exception. For example, we regularly have Roadmap to Leadership program that aims to improve managerial skills of our leaders.
