Boring projects, you don't care about what exactly you are doing. You just care about code quality, not about what this code does.

Great community and education for anything you want, even soft skills Competitive salary Interesting projects and fair project managers

Cons

Hard to feel yourself as part of a greater whole while working remotely, but that's usual for after COVID times
