Supportive environment, motivated and professional colleagues, plenty of career development opportunities. A company filled with genuinely good people. Cutting edge technology and great engagement opportunities with top IT vendors (Microsoft, Cisco, Nutanix, etc.)

Cons

If you are not comfortable with complexity and working with multiple IT vendor partners, the job can be overwhelming. If you love technology and have a successful background in IT sales at different levels, you will thrive.

Fantastic company and exec management Clear direction of where they want to take the business Very supportive VC Nimble to react to major market swings

Cons

Services is in its infancy, and everything around Services bogs down in ridiculous processes The company is very successful in the Canadian marketplace (HQ in Toronto) - and assumes things work just the same in other geographies (well they don't). Extreme focus on bringing in new buying accounts, at the expense of burning existing customers Focus markets get all the resources; if you aren't in a focus market then the oxygen is sucked out of your business

A great organization to be part of. Early on I received a high level of responsibility, executive interaction, and career coaching.

Cons

With a growing organization spread across two countries & the industry in near constant change the communications can be tough for those outside one of the major offices. The all in company monthly meetings and open dialogue goes a long way to help overcome this.
