      Pros

      Amazing company that really cares about their employees. They are all fun loving, relaxed and generally easy to get along with. It's a challenging job that can reap a lot of rewards.

      Cons

      The training process is difficult and cold calling is done every day for 10 weeks. It takes a toll emotionally. They also need more alignment with upper management.
