      Pros

      The organization has an extremely Fast-paced culture. Decisions are often made quickly and using thoughtful data insights. This presents the opportunity for challenging work and industry experiences. Also, as you advance in leadership, the autonomy and empowerment to solve problems and influence the strategy is tremendous.

      Cons

      Often, structure can be a dirty word. Allowing for folks to figure out their own way to solve a problem is great, but can lead to inconsistent execution.

      Pros

      The people were nice, the office was very organized. Open, but not with enough privacy for client phone calls. Very easy to connect with employees at other offices if we needed their assistance on calls.

      Cons

      Some of the managers weren't very helpful, and more punitive than experienced at other companies.
