      Softchoice says they are entirely hybrid and remote but actually leaves it to team leaders to make a decision. Most managers and directors will force you to work specific hours and be in the office more now. It's asinine. So it is not hybrid or remote. They want you to work in person but market the company as hybrid or remote for recruitment.

      - Some of management is quite competent and will advocate for you.

      Cons

      - awful salary - advertises themselves as being flexible workplace that is not "corporate" in their approach but it is very corporate in its approach and the flexibility is non-existent - company advocates being progressive and adaptable but often failed to implement any noticeable changes that would benefit the position and our team in the long run
