      Very little pros at this company - they have coffee at the office

      Cons

      This must be one of the worst companies around. They provide some of the worst sales training I've ever experienced. Keep sales people in the office even if you are an outbound. Crazy micro managing company. The Halifax office should just close, no one wants to do business with them and it makes sense why. The company really thinks they are impressive but they can't even communicate with themselves. Terrible setup of salesforce, it is embarrassing to watch them use it.

While we can always do better to foster an inclusive, accepting workplace, what you describe is not at all consistent with the Softchoice employee experience we aim to provide.       Prospecting is tedious. Too much time spent on finding leads, not enough time on actual sales activities.
