Pros

Cool culture and nice people work here. A lot of community give back (2 paid volunteer days, Softchoice cares charity funding). Dog friendly workplace (if you like dogs). Relaxed dresscode.

Cons

Pay - below industry standards. Flat structure (usually I put this as a pro), however, it is difficult in certain roles to navigate a career at Softchoice for this reason. Really high turnover of staff. Lots of great talent walk out the door. Change is slow to happen here. Work life balance can be bad depending on your position.
