      Pros

      It is not a surprise why this company is in the top workplaces. The company is really a fun place to work, amazing environment, great team of people that will help you always, a dog friendly environment even in meeting rooms, 2 days of volunteer activities and tons of some other events from Softchoice Care giving back to the community, beer cart once a month... everything you can dream about the company. There is also a lot of challenges that help you to growth as a professional. It is nice to meet a lot of people that are with Softchoice for several years.

      Great Place to Start but Abandon Ship Fast

      Pros

      -Events (bbqs, dog walks, beer cart) -bring dog to work -great young culture -great supportive team -great experience for entry-level hire out of school - get to be part of lots of projects -ppl a lot of fun to work with.

      Cons

      -too much change with management (not the same culture anymore). -Management plays the blame game and doesn't listen to input/suggestions -too much turnover -doesn't follow values/unethical - say they're about the people but then don't provide any coaching on performance & instead do massive layoffs/terminations (without cause), layoff ppl on maternity leave -pay/benefits is low, doesn't pay carryover vacation and doesn't carry vacation over to next year, long hours & doesn't pay overtime

      Pros

      Great Leadership in the industry and in the company. This is an organization that has integrity and provides transparency on issues and results of the company. Every mont the leadership of the firm communicates the state of the nation via live Webinars. We are currently expanding the sales and solutions headcount to increase growth in key markets in North America. Ambitious, smart hard working people should apply. Great training is guaranteed.

      Cons

      This is a demanding place. If you want to work hard and learn a lot you will be successful. If you are not keen on the Tech Industry you may find the learning curve to steep.
