Pros
The people and culture is great there but it all depends on WHO your manager is. Still keep in touch with the great people there. There are some great leaders in there but if you get a manager that does not see your potential, I strongly encourage you to quickly ask for a different one.
Cons
The only con about this company is that management needs to be reviewed ASAP. Decisions are made subjectively and not objectively. A lot of high school mentality here. Depending on the manager, they do not necessarily focus on your value or potential and can be very cut throat. Feedback given was extremely contradictory so make sure you write down how you are doing in your performance and record EVERYTHING you do when speaking to your manager. A lot of people have been concerned about the way they handle the people here and warned me about this company having a lot of judgement and a lot of favouritism. In my experience, I have witnessed it but it does not happen to everyone because it all has to do on WHO your manager is. Amazing feedback given by one leader while getting extreme criticism from another means there has to be something wrong with management here. It all really depends who is going to support you. This is where the favouritism begins.They will most likely cover it up and say it's about "fitting into our culture". The feedback is not given in a formal or ethical approach as well. I hope they start to audit how the managers are doing in a formal way otherwise you will see a lot of employees leave.
