      Still one of the best in the business Some exceptional people Sound strategy Grass root culture

      Cons

      Limited recourses being divided unevenly depending what the flavor of the day/month/year is Squeaky wheel always get the grease Do not reward loyalty Favoritism and me-first attitude disguised as 'self-branding' - really is laziness by senior management to see objectively Lack execution beyond the strategy by some areas of business Blind spot and/or denial towards external and internal threats to business Hold on to failed personnel for too long

      Pros

      Being a technology reseller we can adjust our strategy and offerings to align to where the market is/is going. The workspace in the Toronto office is amazing. Compensation is very competitive in all areas of the company except perhaps entry level positions in operations. Having said that, entry level is entry level, what do you expect?

      Cons

      The benefits package is still competitive but has recently been downgraded. The message was that it was cost neutral for the company so I'm not sure why the changes were made given they have been widely received as negative changes by the average employee.

      Pros

      Amazing office space! Can bring your dog to work! Great philanthropic effort with "Softchoice Cares". Communication on the status of the company every month with our "Orange Nation Live" broadcast is much appreciated. Love the commitment to development that has been given through the many training opportunities that I have received.

      Cons

      Governance issues need some work and attention. While the company is not perfect, my observations are that it tries to do the right thing in all circumstances.
