      company makes a strong point of paying well below industry standards extremely high turnover fraternity culture lack of training coworkers often unprofessional/uninterested/unhelpful high pressure sales environment company does not live up to its values continually increases responsibilities, demands, and targets significantly, arbitrarily, and aggressively with zero uplift or consideration in terms of salary. Many employees make less the longer they stay warning - marketing team was made aware of too many negative reviews on glassdoor so emails were sent to workers asking for them to enter shill reviews on this site.
