Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we appreciate your feedback. We do have a wonderful culture here, and we have our staff to thank for that.
Thanks also for pointing out an opportunity for us to better communicate to new staff the various products and services we have here at SofterWare. Some folks work with one of our specific product lines, while others (seems like you) support the whole company. We understand the importance of communicating the “big picture” of our company, and how it impacts our staff and our organization. There are various ways to learn about the vision of SofterWare. Our monthly company wide meetings, the State of the Company Address given annually by our CEO, the monitors throughout the office displaying company information, and more! Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have additional questions, the door is always open!
As you know, technology is always changing, and we want to provide our staff with the best resources to assist them with their responsibilities. If you have any suggestions of anything you feel could improve the experience for all of our team, I hope that you’ll stop in to discuss it, or even put the idea in our Employee User Voice.
